Account Management Internship

Social media enthusiast who will monitor and analyze news and discussions around several client brands through various social media channels (such as Facebook, Twitter, blogs, message boards, etc.). Will also assist in maintaining social media presences (Facebook pages/Twitter accounts) for client brands, to inspire audience engagement and facilitate audience recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on daily social media commentary on multiple consumer brands
  • Measure, analyze and report on web analytics and traffic of various websites/blogs and social properties
  • Compile and format daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and analysis reports
  • Load and schedule engagement messaging into Social Media Management System

Qualifications

  • Should be familiar with primary social media channels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Should be efficient and dependable with ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines
  • Must possess good writing and communication skills
  • Should be comfortable collaborating with team members in both creative and technological disciplines
  • Must show a passion for Social Media and Digital Marketing with a strong desire to learn
  • Experience in advertising and/or public relations preferred
